You own the plant from day one. Payback is typically three to four years. Solar assets are generally eligible for accelerated depreciation, and your CA can confirm what applies to you.
Through our financing partners the plant is installed with no upfront cost, and you pay only for the units it generates, usually at a rate below what you pay the grid.
Send us a recent electricity bill. We look at your sanctioned load, tariff and daytime use before anyone visits.
Our engineer surveys the roof, checks shadows and structure, and looks at your electrical panel.
Plant size, expected generation, the full price and the payback period, in writing.
Net-metering with UPPCL and the electrical safety approvals the plant size requires. We file and follow up.

We are present for the inspection, and we hand over with monitoring set up.

Central subsidy ends in
The PM Surya Ghar central subsidy — up to ₹1,08,000 with the UP top-up — is available for a limited period. The scheme closes 31 March 2027, or once one crore rooftops are installed nationally.
