The financial case, without the sales pitch

Payback in three to four years

On a commercial tariff with daytime load, a rooftop plant typically pays for itself in three to four years and then runs for twenty more. Institutions are the best fit of all, because generation peaks exactly when a campus is occupied.

40% accelerated depreciation

Commercial solar assets qualify for accelerated depreciation in the first year, which materially reduces the effective cost. Your chartered accountant will confirm the position for your entity.

CAPEX — you own the plant

You fund it, you own the asset, you take the depreciation benefit and all the generation. Lowest lifetime cost per unit.

RESCO / OPEX — no capital outlay

Through our partners, a third party funds and owns the plant and you buy the units generated at an agreed tariff. No capital expenditure, immediate saving against your current tariff.

One thing to be clear about: the PM Surya Ghar subsidy is for residential rooftops only. Commercial and institutional plants do not receive it. Anyone promising you a commercial subsidy under that scheme is mistaken. Your financial case rests on tariff savings, depreciation and payback — which is a stronger case anyway.

Where we work

Commercial and industrial projects across Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Delhi. We have delivered in Lucknow, Kanpur, Prayagraj and Datia in Madhya Pradesh. For a project above 100 kW, distance is not an obstacle.

We also take on sub-contract work for government contractors.

On-grid, off-grid and hybrid. Most of our work is on-grid, but where there is no dependable supply — a farm, a remote campus, a site awaiting connection — we design and build off-grid and hybrid systems too, as complete EPC projects. What we do not do is sell loose components. We are not a shop for panels, batteries or inverters; we build and commission whole plants and come back to service them.
